Kevin P. Dunne

Kevin Dunne is a Maryland native and originally hails from Silver Spring. He entered the real estate arena in 1998 as a settlement officer and became a mortgage banker 10 years ago.

Kevin specializes in helping first-time homebuyers and builds strong relationships with clients through his integrity, honesty, and professionalism. He is well-versed in conventional, USDA, FHA, and VA loans, and most of his clients are in central Maryland – from Westminster to Frederick to Mount Airy.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Towson State University. He has served his community as past president of the Four County Lions Club, the Mount Airy Chamber of Commerce, and Business Networking International.

Outside of mortgage banking and community service, Kevin values time with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys playing golf and working out.
