Estate Planning

At the time in your life when you need to address your wills, financial powers of attorney, medical advance directives and other estate planning, Sandy Spring Trust is here for you. We can guide you through the legal process and work closely with your attorney to review, update or draft plans that will protect your family and manage your assets.

We will also work with the people named in your legal documents to ensure they have the information they need to make informed decisions on your behalf as Trustees of Trusts, Personal Representatives in your Will, Agents within your Durable Financial Power of Attorney, or Medical Advance Directives.

Sandy Spring Trust is also available to act as a fiduciary in these roles, with the exception of Medical Advance Directive.
