Retain your username and password. These will be needed to access your account throughout the loan process. Save the web address of this page in case you need to return to your application.

Once your username and password is entered, verify your new Mortgage account by clicking the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.
Below is an example of the ‘Verify account’ reCAPTCHA required to be completed after the ‘I’m not a robot’ button is clicked.
After confirming the reCAPTCHA question(s), your account is verified. Click ‘Create Account’ to navigate to the login screen. Use your newly created username and password.
If there is an error that is blocking your access to the Mortgage application, your web browser may be blocking cookies that are needed to use the application. You may want to use this site to confirm whether your web browser is blocking cookies.
Review emails sent to your inbox, search for an email sent with the subject line containing “Electronic Loan Document Request” or “Electronic Signature Consent for Loan Documents”, click the link in that message, then login with your username and password.
If you cannot find any emails with that subject line, please contact your mortgage banker.
If your mortgage is serviced by Sandy Spring Bank, please log in to personal online banking and pay by transferring your payment from your checking or savings account to your mortgage. If your mortgage is with another mortgage servicer, follow the billing instructions provided by the servicer or use online bill pay to send a payment from your Sandy Spring Bank checking account to the servicer.
