    1$4.95 monthly maintenance fee. This fee is waived if you are under 25 years of age or, if you complete qualifying direct deposits of $250 or more during the statement cycle, or a minimum of 4 debit card purchase transactions totaling $50 or more are posted during the statement cycle.
    2$14 monthly maintenance fee. This fee is waived in any monthly evaluation period you maintain a $15,000 combined average balance in Premier Banking, companion personal deposit products (checking, savings, money market and certificates of deposit, including IRAs) and outstanding personal installment loans or lines or credit (auto, boat, RV, personal and home equity installment loans (does not include mortgages) home equity line of credit and secured and unsecured lines of credit) or maintain a Commercial Checking account with Sandy Spring Bank. The companion deposit accounts used to meet the minimum requirements are subject to all of the terms and conditions for those types of accounts. To qualify as a companion account, all signers on the companion account must be the signers on the Premier Banking account. 
    The monthly evaluation period is defined as the time period 3 business days prior to the beginning of the statement cycle to 3 business days prior to the ending of the statement cycle.
    3There is no Sandy Spring Bank fee for up to 4 ATM transactions per monthly statement cycle made at ATMs that are not owned by Sandy Spring Bank or are not part of the Allpoint ATM network. The owner of the machine may charge a fee. 
    4Transactions at an ATM that are not owned by Sandy Spring Bank or are not part of the Allpoint ATM network that are assessed an ATM surcharge fee by the owner of the ATM will be refunded, up to 4 transactions ($12 maximum) per monthly statement cycle. Surcharge refund does not apply to interchange fees on international transactions.
