For the first time, Sandy Spring Bank is pleased to be named one of the Best Banks to Work For in 2020 by American Banker.

The Best Banks to Work For program, coordinated by American Banker and Best Companies Group, identifies, recognizes and honors U.S. banks for outstanding employee satisfaction. To determine the ranking, banks are evaluated based on their workplace policies, practices and demographics. Employees are also surveyed to assess their feelings and attitudes toward their company and workplace.
