Settling Your Estate

We are available to serve as your Personal Representative, or the person or entity who is named in a will to be responsible for settling an estate. We can also play a support role to a family member or friend who has been named executor or executrix.

Duties of the Personal Representative

  • Appraise and manage your assets
  • File probate with the Office of the Register of Wills
  • Handle all of the tax and reporting duties
  • Distribute your estate to the named Beneficiaries.
