Settling Your Estate

Understanding the ins and outs of settling an estate can be very time consuming and stressful. Sandy Spring Trust has over 100 years of collective experience in settling estates. We are available to serve as your Personal Representative, or the person or entity who is named in a will to be responsible for settling an estate. We can also play a support role to a family member or friend who has been named executor or executrix.

We can help you coordinate your affairs, handle the various responsibilities and administrative duties of settling your estate, and ease the burden on your loved ones. We are bonded, insured and audited, and we can provide you the peace of mind that your wishes will be honored.
