In order for you to continue enrollment for these products and services, you need to agree to the following electronic disclosure, permitting us to send you important information electronically. You must give your consent by checking the box next to the statement “I consent to receive the new account, debit card, and online banking disclosures electronically.” If you do not consent, you will not be allowed to open an account, debit card, or online banking product or service online with Sandy Spring Bank. Additionally, you will be required to review the Personal Deposit Account and Electronic Banking Agreement.
ELECTRONIC BANKING DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT
By your consent, you agree that we may provide you with all notices and other communications regarding the account, debit card, or online banking including disclosures and agreements, and any future amendments, when available, in electronic form. You may request paper copies of the aforementioned by calling us at 800.399.5919. To withdraw your consent, you may also call us at 800.399.5919. There are no fees to withdraw your consent.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- An internet-connected device and web browser that can support 128-bit encryption such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge or similar
- A valid email address
- Adobe Reader or similar software to view PDF files
- To print or download disclosures you must have a printer connection from your device and sufficient storage space to save the disclosure
