With more than 35 years of experience in banking, Michelle “Mickie” Levenson has extensive experience across several lines of business, with an emphasis on commercial lending. She serves as Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager with Sandy Spring Bank and is responsible for commercial lending, real estate lending (owner occupied and investment) and business development in the Washington, D.C., area.
Levenson manages a commercial loan portfolio of $200MM in commitments with a focus on working with nonprofit organizations in the region. This dedication extends into her personal life. Since 1996, she has served as a trustee of the Dimick Foundation, a local foundation that provides grants to nonprofit organizations in the Washington, D.C., area. Levenson is a graduate of the University of Delaware and earned an MBA from George Washington University.
