Frank Merendino

Frank Merendino has more than 40 years of commercial banking experience, including 22 years of specialization in the government contracting industry. As Team Leader for Sandy Spring Bank’s Government Contractor Banking Group, Frank coordinates the Bank’s business development efforts in the government contracting industry and manages the group. Currently, he serves as a council member for the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Government Contracting Council and is an active member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards and the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. He is also the outgoing vice president and former treasurer for the Corvette Club of America. He holds a BA in business administration with honors from Frostburg State University.
