Welcome to the #SSB150 Season of Sharing
We couldn’t have marked our 150th anniversary this year without you. After all, you’re the reason we’re a premier community bank in the greater Washington area. We’ve helped generations of Washingtonians buy a home, raise a family, start and grow a business, and plan for a healthy financial future by being advocates for our clients and communities.
As another year of service winds down, we are ramping up our outreach to the community. What better way to say “thank you” for 150 years than by giving back through our annual Season of Sharing. Over the next several weeks, please follow along here and on social media as our employees volunteer their time, donate resources, and share their personal stories about what #SSB150 means to them. We’ll post regular updates so that you too can share in our journey.
It’s truly a special time as our nearly 1,000 employees across the region come together and make a meaningful impact. Over the years we’ve helped dozens of non-profit organizations, volunteered thousands of hours, and so much more. We’re excited to see what we’ll accomplish together this year—because real life requires real caring, from all of us.
