Personal Online Banking

Important Dates
  • Monday, August 17, 2020
    • Access online banking on by clicking on the red "online banking" button at the top of each page. Select "personal online banking".
    • If you transferred funds to another institution, you will need to reestablish those transfers under Transfers > Add External Transfer Account. 
  • Loan eStatements
    • End of August loan statements will be paper and mailed to you.
    • In September, loan eStatements will be posted to online banking.
  • For personal online banking login instructions look for your Sandy Spring Bank mailed materials.
  • Bill Pay
    • Bill Payees will be converted, along with bill pay history.
    • Future dated bill payments will convert and be paid as requested.
    • Automatic transfers set up at Revere Bank will need to be re-established on Sandy Spring Bank online banking.
    • If you currently receive eStatements, you’ll continue to receive eStatements at Sandy Spring Bank. However, eStatement history will not convert so we encourage you to download any statements you may need prior to August 14, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
  • Mobile Banking
    • Accessing mobile banking once you’ve logged into online banking.
    • Download the Sandy Spring Bank mobile banking App from Google Play or the App Store.
      Note: There are 2 apps for Sandy Spring Bank. Download the app that does not display “ebiz version”, as this app is for business clients. Login with the same credentials you use for online banking.
  • Pay Someone: Person-to-Person (P2P) Payments 
    • Need to send money to friends and family?
      Click the Accounts tab on Sandy Spring Bank personal online banking and select “Pay Someone” using your Sandy Spring Bank debit Mastercard®
    • Available on online banking and mobile banking.
    • Recipients receive a text or email generated by your payment and then must enter their debit card or checking account information to receive the funds.
    • Reminder: When your current debit card expires and you receive your new Sandy Spring Bank Debit Mastercard, you will need to update your card information. (Your card must be activated before you can send money.)
