    At 4:00 p.m., the ebiz Business Online Banking Preview period ends.

    • Bill payment will no longer be available on Revere Bank online banking beginning at 8:00 a.m.
    • Revere Bank online banking, including mobile banking, will no longer be available beginning at 3:00 p.m.
  • Monday, August 17, 2020
    • ebiz Business Online Banking will become available beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    • Re-establish e-bills on or after this date; they will not automatically transfer over.

What is Converting?
  • Primary User/System Administrator Profile Information
    • User ID – See your ebiz Business Online Banking Guide for details about your new User ID. 
    • Entitlement to all services assigned to the company.
    • Access to all accounts.
    • Phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Secondary/Sub-Users
    • User ID – See your ebiz Business Online Banking Guide for details about your new User ID.
    • Phone numbers and email addresses.
    • Transaction History – 18 months history is converting.
  • Estatements
    • 18 months of history.
    • It is a good idea to print your history from the Revere Bank online banking application prior to Friday, August 14, 2020 as a backup. 
  • Bill Payments
    • Payees
    • History is available starting on Thursday, August 20, 2020. 
    • Recurring Payments
    • Future Scheduled Payments
    • It is a good idea to print your history from the Revere Bank online banking application prior to Friday, August 14, 2020 as a backup.
  • Check Positive Pay
    • Outstanding Check Issues.
    • It is a good idea to print your outstanding check issues from the Revere Bank online banking application prior to Thursday, August 13, 2020 as a backup.
    • Default Pay or Return decision.
  • ACH Positive Pay
    • ACH Rules
    • Outstanding exceptions not reviewed by cutoff time will be Returned.
    • It is a good idea to print your list of current ACH Rules from the Revere. 
  • ACH Templates
  • Wire Transfer Templates
    • Beneficiary address will need to be added to all templates prior to being able to submit a wire using the template.
  • ICS Demand and Savings Account viewing capability
  • Certificate of Deposit, CD, account information is available starting on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
  • Loan Account Reporting is available starting on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
     
What is Not Converting?
  • Secondary/Sub-User online banking entitlements, including service and account assignments.
    These can be added by the Primary User during the ebiz Preview.
  • Scheduled and Recurring Account Transfers. This includes ACH, Wire, and internal account to account transfers.These transfers can be re-established starting Monday, August 17, 2020. Please remember to print these transfer instructions from the Revere Bank application prior to Friday, August 14, 2020.
  • E-bill Presentment
    E-bills must be re-established after Monday, August 17, 2020. There can be a 1-2 bill(s) interruption (1-2 months) on delivery of e-bills. During this time reach out to your vendor directly to request these bills for your records.
  • Tokens and Security Questions
    Tokens and security questions are no longer used as part of the online banking security procedure. The security procedure on ebiz is called Advanced Login Authentication with Out of Band Authentication. More detailed information about Advanced Login Authentication and Out of Band Authentication is provided in your ebiz Business Online Banking Guide.
  • Check Positive Pay Exceptions review through the mobile app.
Bill Pay Information
  • Monday, August 10, 2020
    • Print your Bill Pay history.
  • Friday, August 14, 2020
    • Bill payment will no longer be available on Revere Bank online banking beginning at 8:00 a.m.
  • Monday, August 17, 2020
    • ebiz Business Online Banking will become available beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Lockbox Information

All lockbox processing at this time will remain unchanged. You can continue to use the same remittance address as the processing site will continue accept your deposits.Your current pricing remains unchanged.
